The Artist

Julie has been an artist for over 40 years. She has studied under Richard House of the York Art Association and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education at the Millersville University in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She draws her inspiration from the Great Masters: Johannes Vermeer, the Master of Light John Singer Sargent , the Master of Brushwork and Claude Monet, the Master of Impressionism.
